What Actually Happens in Your First Month

What Actually Happens in Your First Month

Week one starts with an intake call — goals, equipment, injury history, and a look at your current training if you have one. From there you get a baseline program built around what you actually have access to, not an idealized gym you don't.

Weeks two and three are about establishing your numbers. You'll log every session, and any exercise where form is uncertain gets a video check — feedback usually comes back within a day.

By week four, the first real adjustment happens. This is where a generic plan and a coached one start to diverge: your rep ranges, exercise selection, and weekly volume all get tuned to how the first three weeks actually went, not how they were expected to go.

After that, it's a standing weekly rhythm: you train and log, I review and adjust. No renegotiating the whole plan every session — just steady, tracked progress.
